We ourselves always prefer to work with local vendors for anything we can but we also expect to get competitive prices. So we shop our big box competitors and even compare prices online to make sure our prices are equal to or lower than anything we see. We are very confident in all our prices but in the event that we are not the lowest price you have a 90-day low price guarantee, and we will beat any price for same or similar product. Only exception is on items that are price fixed and same price everywhere. At the end of the day we want all our customers to know you will not pay more to support local.

Shopping local to us means that you will be purchasing from a company where the owner, sales staff and delivery team are all your neighbors. We know that shopping for a mattress is about as fun for most people as buying new tires. So, we strive to make your experience comfortable and never pressure you into making an impulsive decision. We want to earn your business but it is more important that we provide you with the most important information so you can make the right decision when you are ready. Our entire sales team has all worked at Mattress Nation 2-12 years. We have very little turnover so you will not get someone inexperienced who might not be well equipped to help you make this very important decision.

We recommend that if you can find out some basic information on your existing mattress such as how long you have had it, what brand it is or comfort level (hard medium soft) it is this will help us narrow down what will or will not work better this time. It is also helpful to either bring in your current pillow if you like it so you can test out mattresses as closely to how it will feel in your home by using same pillow unless you plan on replacing the pillow as well. Lastly it is good to go into our stores with a rough idea of what you are trying to get from your next mattress. Some things to consider would be how long you want the next mattress to last. What is most important to get from the new mattress. Is it pressure relief, support or temperature? The more information our sales team has the better we can help you get the perfect night’s sleep.
