We hire, train and do background checks for all of our employees.  Where we feel this matters, most is with our delivery team.  Unlike our competitors we do not use a 3rd party delivery company to deliver your mattress.  Our delivery guys are the last step of the process and a very personal part.  We want our customers to know that it is not a stranger in your home, in your room setting up your new mattress.  There will never be any issues with a poor delivery experience after you have had an amazing experience in our stores.   We want you to be impressed with your experience at Mattress Nation from beginning to end.
