Frequently Asked Questions
Why Do I Need A New Mattress?
You wake up with stiffness, numbness, or any pains
Your mattress shows visible signs of wear (it's sagging, has lumps, the interior is exposed, etc.)
Your mattress is more than 7 years old
How Long Should My Mattress Last?
Every mattress is unique. If you are uncomfortable through the night or wake up with aches it is time to get a new mattress. We recommend purchasing a new mattress at least every eight years.
Which Brand Is Best?
Mattress Nation carries all of the best brand name mattresses and bedding accessories. You can test out all the top brands before you choose your perfect mattress, and rest easy knowing you purchased it at the guaranteed lowest price.
How Do I Clean My Mattress?
Never use a cleaning product because it can breakdown your comfort layers. The best and easiest way is by placing a waterproof mattress protector on your new mattress. Our Outlast Protector has temperature regulating technology, is waterproof, and machine washable.
What Sizes Do You Carry?
Isn't A Firm Mattress Better?
Firm is not always the best. The best mattress will be the one that feels the most comfortable and supportive to you.
What Should I Do With My Old Bedding?
Disposing of an old mattress set can be difficult. That’s why when you purchase from Mattress Nation, we will deliver, set up and remove your old mattress set free of cost.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to purchase using one of our financing options, please visit a local Mattress Nation store or click here to learn more.
Do I need to buy a new box spring when buying a new mattress?
The box spring acts as the foundation of the bed. It offers support for the mattress by acting as a shock absorber. These two pieces complement each other, so pairing your new mattress with an old box spring is not recommended.
What is your return policy?
We offer 90-day comfort exchange. We’re confident in our abilities to match you with the perfect mattress for your body type and budget. But if you find your purchase isn't the mattress of your dreams, we've got your back. It generally takes 8 - 10 weeks to break into a new mattress. The 90-day comfort exchange does not apply to closeouts, floor samples or if your product is found to be dirty, stained or abused.
